L-L Street Fair attracts big crowd
You wouldn’t know it by the number of strollers on Saturday headed up and down Meinrad and Main streets, but a couple months ago the future of the Lake Leelanau Street Fair was in jeopardy. Leelanau Twp. OKs communications tower agreement with county
Leelanau Township unanimously approved an updated intergovernmental agreement for construction of the Leelanau Township communication tower project at its regular meeting on Oct. 8. The Leelanau County Road Commission partially abandoned Whittaker Road in Bingham Township, meaning they will no longer pay to maintain it and it will become privately owned.
