A traditional Irish Wake will be held for friends and family at Sleders Family Tavern on September 6, 2024 from 5 to 8 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 1 p.m. at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Empire. Elmwood Township prevailed in court against former township Supervisor Jack Kelly Monday. To the editor: How interesting to read in the Enterprise ( Cleveland Addresses Segment 9) that Jan Nowak, along with Tim Stein and Angie Diotte, have flip flopped on their support of the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail route extension.
